You don’t need to be home as long as we can access the yard. Just leave any gate/access instructions when you sign up.

Yes, dogs must be secured inside or separated from the yard while we’re there. It keeps your pet safe and lets us work quickly without stress for anyone.

Before your visit, we just need (1) a clear way to access the yard (gate code/instructions if needed) and (2) dogs secured. If there are any “heads up” items (loose gate, tricky latch, etc.), include that when you sign up.

Pricing varies based on things like yard size and the amount of cleanup needed (weekly vs. one-time). The fastest way is to text your address and what service you want, and we’ll get you a quick quote.

We scoop year-round as long as it’s safe to do so. If conditions are unsafe (severe weather, icy access, etc.), we’ll reschedule and get you taken care of as soon as possible.
